Privacy Policy

The security of your information is of critical importance, and your privacy will be strictly protected. The information and data you give us will always be held in confidence.

Our on-demand creation, printing and mailing services are provided to you for your convenience, and the data and information you share with us for each project is utilized solely for the purposes of that project.

It is our policy to never sell, trade, or lend any information to any other organization. We only share information with others as you so designate.

Certain services provided require data matching processes with third parties, which are used to provide important information to you. Examples of these services are Listing Alerts and Move Update. All of our third party partners are required to adhere to the same data privacy policies we do.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

It is your responsibility to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. If you share a computer, be sure to sign off when finished.

You will occasionally receive e-mail updates about our services that are intended to improve your experience with the use of our services. If you would rather not receive them, simply send us an email and we will remove you from future correspondence.

 

Returns & Claims


We make every effort to fill your order to your specifications. The ordering process for imprinted goods allows you the opportunity to approve your print proof before the imprinting process begins. Because once they are imprinted these specially-manufactured goods have no value to us or to other customers, no returns of properly-imprinted goods are accepted. Un-imprinted merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the necessary freight costs to return the product do apply. Incomplete or partial returns will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Any imprinted products returned in violation of this policy will be discarded at Cross Media, LLC’s discretion.

In the case that you believe you received a product or order in error, please contact customer service within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. Before Cross Media, LLC can begin to process a claim, a sampling of the goods (quantity will be determined at Cross Media, LLC’s discretion) must be provided for us to review. Cross Media, LLC reserves the right to take up to seven working days to process/review a claim from the date of receipt of the goods in question. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within two business days after review, unless otherwise noted.
